What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. If you complete the contact form, that is your name, company, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and the message itself. If you email or call us directly, we hold whatever that correspondence contains.

We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect personal information from visitors who simply browse the site.

Why we hold it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to continue the resulting commercial conversation. Enquiry records also let us pick up a thread months later without asking you to repeat yourself.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Pages that embed a Google Map load content from Google, which may set cookies under Google's own policy — those sections are clearly identifiable as maps.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as there is an active or reasonably foreseeable commercial relationship, and are reviewed periodically after that.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@coemtek.com and we will action the request and confirm when it is done.
